Property Use Policy – Farnum House & Rosa Taft Park
The Cornet John Farnum House and Rosa Taft Park are maintained by the Uxbridge Historical Society under a perpetual preservation covenant that restricts use of the property to purposes consistent with historic preservation, museum operation, and related educational activities. The Farnum House is reserved for Society-sponsored programs and meetings aligned with our mission. Rosa Taft Park (outside the walled area) remains open to the public from dawn to dusk for passive recreation, such as walking, sitting, nature observation, photography, and informal picnicking. The Society does not rent or make the property available for outside organizational events, advocacy activities, festivals, or public gatherings unrelated to its historical mission.
